She had an offer the first day. -She gave us frequent updates on the sale process (we had already moved out of town) as it progressed. -She smoothly handled the closing without either buyer or seller present, even though it was her first time doing things that way. -When she went out of town she ensured we had contact info for someone else in her office so we always had a resource person.
